Heather Logan
Heather Logan is an accomplished Industrial Designer and Surgical Design Simulationist with over 15 years of experience in design for healthcare. With a strong focus on improving patient care through advanced digital technologies, Heather’s work spans surgical planning, 3D printing, and medical device development. She has collaborated with interdisciplinary clinical teams to design and implement customized solutions that improve surgical outcomes and patient quality of life.
As an educator and researcher, Heather has shared her expertise through international publications, presentations, and curriculum development in surgical design and simulation at the University of Alberta. Heather was named one of Edmonton’s “Top 40 Under 40”.
Heather currently leads digital planning and design initiatives at Cube Innovations Inc. and contributes to advancing the quality management system and ensuring ISO 13485 compliance. She is focused on personalizing care, enhancing precision, and improving patient outcomes, while advancing the company’s medical device initiatives to set new standards for safety, quality, and impact.
